REFUND POLICY

EXCHANGE POLICY - Maison Twenty Two has a 7 day exchange policy. We only accept exchanges if your item has been damaged. If you would like to exchange an item please contact us first via email.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND POLICY - Maison Twenty Two does not offer refunds for change of mind. Although we take great care in packaging your items securely, due to the delicate nature of our products, your items may arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged please contact us via email to lodge an exchange.

Contact us within 7 days of your item being received with information detailing the issue including photos of your damaged item.

If your Query is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will do our best to offer you a replacement or alternate item if your item is no longer in stock.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your query has been approved or not. If you are approved a refund, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at support@maisontwentytwo.com.au

PLEASE NOTE - Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES - Please inspect your order as soon as possible and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS - Some items cannot be returned, for example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, candles, custom products, special orders, personalised items, personal care goods, beauty products, sale items or gift cards.
