DO YOU OFFER CUSTOMISATION?

Yes.

We can personalise candles to suit you. If you have a specific colour or scent in mind, we are more than happy to help.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

PLEASE NOTE - Our candles are handmade and will vary in appearance and colour.

EXCHANGE POLICY - Maison Twenty Two has a 7 day exchange policy. We only accept exchanges if your item has been damaged. If you would like to exchange your candle please contact us first via email.

REFUND POLICY - Maison Twenty Two does not offer refunds for change of mind. Although we take great care in packaging your items securely, due to the delicate nature of our products, your items may arrive damaged. If your item arrives damaged please contact us via email at: support@maisontwentytwo.com.au within 7 days of your item being received with information detailing the issue including photos of your damaged item.

PLEASE NOTE - Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.
